Alta Vista Builders and Consultants is a full service custom construction and consulting firm. In business since 2006, we have done everything from small residential, to custom homes, to light commercial jobs. Beginning in Denver as a basement and single family home contractor, we moved into the log home market in 2008. 2010 saw the opening of our Austin office and the addition of consulting services. We have built in some of the most demanding environments and building jurisdictions in Colorado and Texas. Our experience can work for you in most any capacity including Log Home, Consulting, and Custom Homes.

About Tim

Tim comes from a long line of residential craftsman, he has an innate understanding of the complete homebuilding process. He is a fourth generation homebuilder with over 20 years of experience and has been building homes all his life, professionally since 1996.
Tim is involved in all facets of construction with his clients. He takes great pride in guiding them through the process and being by their side from architecture through design, construction and all the way to completion. A client of Tim’s once said “ the custom home process with Tim was easier than it should have been”, he delivers that same experience to every client. In addition to his client care skills; Tim has hands on experience with most aspects of the home construction process. He knows how to do the work and isn’t afraid of getting his hands dirty, giving him and his clients a distinct advantage over other homebuilders. Because he is a craftsman contractor, tradesmen respect him and know he won’t settle for anything less than high quality work. Balancing custom quality with timely delivery is Tim’s hallmark.
